[bwna] Come to the Winter Holiday meeting on Monday!

Hi neighbors!
 
This is a reminder that BWNA will hold its annual Winter Holiday General  
Meeting on Monday, 
December 14th, in Bethany Lutheran Church's Fellowship Hall (enter  down 
the walkway from the
Skidmore St. side of the church), beginning at 7:30 p.m. 
 
We'll begin with holiday treats (coffee, soft drinks, cheese &  crackers, & 
pastries) courtsey of our
local Starbucks, Jim and Patty's Coffee House, and BWNA. The meeting agenda 
 features the following:
 
1.) Update from local police, followed by questions & answers.
 
2..) Discussion of a proposed project from Beaumont Middle  School's PTA 
and Principal.
 
3.) Presentation by Lydia Corran of Ride Connection (providing transport  
for the elderly & handicapped).
 
4.) Report on the Wilshire Market/Clearwire cell tower  controversy; 
Decision on BWNA taking a position.
 
5.) Proposal to work with Graffiti Abatement Coordinator Marsha  Dennis to 
organize 2010 graffiti cleanup.
